Today I'm in the city (again) for eyeball surgery (again), so it's entirely possible that for the next few days I won't be able to:A) See the computer, or
B) Convince Mr to type while I dictate.
In the past twenty-four hours I've done a fair amount of prep work: I've made a lot of baby food, pizza dough, and some Baby Baguettes (for us, not for Jr). I also have a few posts ready to go, but in my (hopefully brief) absence, you'll still have something to read. Since I wrote this post about blogs I read regularly, I've come across another blogger whose writing should be shared:
Muddy Toes and Garbanzos
From the quality of her writing, it's hard to believe that she's only just started. She's into general cheapskatery, grows her own tomatoes (I'm waiting anxiously for the end of the season so I can see what a "Pruden's Purple" looks like), and lives in the south so is gardening right now. I'm celery-green with envy. She's also the author of my new life motto: "I'm cheap and this works".
You enjoy that while I enjoy eyeball markers, sedation and post-surgery apple juice.
